The series "Más allá del Indigo" (Beyond Indigo) is currently on view at the Museum of Contemporary Art and  Design in San José, Costa Rica.

With this series, Aason not only produces pieces with a more complex design and multiple layers of dimension, but also introduces a new element: dyeing her fabric with natural pigments such as avocado pits, cuculmeca, onions, black tea, and indigo, among others.

 

The show is on view until November 23rd 2024.
